 | Pastor Paul Anderson Senior Pastor/Chapel
Pastor Anderson is the senior pastor of Faith Baptist Church and has been for 30 years. Pastor Anderson has been a vital part of the ministry at Faith Baptist Christian Academy. In addition to his normal responsibilities at the church, Pastor Anderson regularly preaches in the academy chapels. Pastor Anderson has also been involved in various aspects of the school life from coaching basketball for many years, as well as acting as the principal for three years while the school transitioned from one principal to another. |
 | Pastor Rick Rush Assistant Pastor/Bible
Pastor Rush graduated from Bob Jones University with a BA in Bible, and an MA in theology. Pastor Rush has taught here at Faith for 6 years. He teaches two different Bible classes in the academy for 4 days a week. He is also involved in leading a nursing home ministry in which our elementary students are an active part. He has also coached sports and is involved in many areas of the student life throughout the school year. |
 | Mr. Kelly Andrews Administrator/Math
Mr. Andrews is our administrator at Faith Baptist Christian Academy. He graduated from Bob Jones University in 1996 and has taught at Faith Baptist Christian Academy for 14 years. He has taught Math, Science, Music, Computer Applications, Typing, and worked with our students on Yearbook. In addition to his school responsibilities, he has been and still is active in several ministries of the church. |
 | Mrs. Denise Lutkus Office Administrator/Typing
Mrs. Lutkus has been very involved in many different areas of the school for 26 years. Mrs. Lutkus is currently the office administrator for the church and school. After having taken a break from teaching for a few years, she will be teaching typing again this year. She is normally the first voice people hear when they contact the school. She handles the planning and decorating for many of the school programs and she often puts together most of the paperwork and other communication that our school families see on a regular basis. |
 | Ms. Meg Van Dyne Grades 1-4
Miss Van Dyne has been teaching for 33 years. She has taught for 11 years combined at FBCA. She relocated for a number of years to continue teaching in a school in Pennsylvania and then returned to us to work again with our students in the elementary. Miss Van Dyne teaches our students during their early years and helps prepare them for their future years in the upper elementary and high school. Miss Van Dyne is active in a number of areas of the school and church. |

| Mrs. Hazel Anderson and Mrs. Lee Fafard Grades 5-12 Facilitators Classroom Assistance for DVD Instruction
Mrs. Anderson is Pastor Anderson's wife. She has been active in a number of areas of the school throughout the years. The most recent involvement has been as a facilitator for the DVD component of our curriculum. She has a love and tender heart for the students she works with day to day. Mrs. Fafard comes to us more recently with much experience in the DVD instruction that she facilitates. Mrs. Fafard is a vital part of each day. She often puts in many hours beyond a normal day to take care of needs that come up. Mrs. Fafard's devotion to the school and students is clearly evident. |
